as many as the stars in the sky ne’i je’nnõ ku touvõ tē’ḑi
too much, too many pa je’nnõks
There were frightfully many of them. Nēḑi vȯ’ļ ne’i je’nnõ, ku irmõz.
I have money to burn. [~I have so much money that [it] jingles.] Mi’nnõn u’m rǭ’dõ ne’i je’nnõ, ku skaņūb.
I eat as much as [my] heart desires. Ne’i je’n sīeb, kui je’n sidām tǭ’b.
You are out of place in this crowd. Sa ūod sīes barāsõ pa je’nnõks.
One mouth is too many, there is little food. Ikš sū u’m pa je’nnõks, sīemnaigõ u’m veiti.

How much? Ku’i pǟgiņ?
There are many of them. Nēḑi u’m suitõ.
a lot of mud pǟgiņ lie’ggõ
to wade through mud pi’ds lie’ggõ bre’ḑdõ
He threw me into the mud. Ta viskīz mīnda liegā si’zzõl.
A muff, [it] is not stitched on. Kä’dvaŗž, ta ä’b ūo jū’rõ umbõltõd.
There are the sorts of oversleeves, which [one] pulls up to the elbow, so [one] is warm, if [one] does not have any kind of a jacket. Attõ seļļizt kä’dvārdõd, mis viedāb kīndõrbūst sǭņõ, la’z vȯlkõ jo lem, a’ž ä’b ūo seļļi jak.
The women are wearing muffs. [~The women have muffs on [their] hands.] Naiztõn u’m tašk kä’dsõ.
